Before launching Groundwork Ops, I was deep in the trenches as a startup operator — managing cross-functional teams, rationalizing bloated SaaS stacks, building onboarding playbooks from scratch, and setting up the OKR frameworks that actually got used (not just the ones that collected dust in a Google Doc).
I started Groundwork because I saw a gap: founders who just raised a round and desperately needed senior operational help, but couldn't justify a $300K COO hire.
